While working my sketch book for the Courageous painting class i was taking (check out my 1st blog post about this amazing class) and it was Christmas time. A friend posted an article about an adult swear word coloring book that you could purchase as a digital copy.... my first thought was this would be prefect for my sister!!! I ran the idea by my hubby and got am answer i wasnt expecting. "Nope, your not ordering that. You could make a better one." If he only know the monster he was going to create!! So i started creating the book in my sketch book. As a busy mommy artist, i keep an album on my phone called photo sketch book. This way if i am inspired but dont have enough draw it in my sketch book because the kids are on the run...i snap a picture and save in the photo sketch book. I combined my sketches, photos, and mine & my sister favorite swear words. With two mini monsters, sometimes it hard to on my color page... but on Feb 7th, i pick up my first print of Art Therapy; A Swear Word Coloring Book.
